Send us a CSV or Excel file with your recipients — or type in a single name and address. We’ll tell you exactly what columns you need.

2. Type Your Message

Write your note right in the form. Personalize it with merge tags like [FirstName] so every note feels individual. Keep it under 60 words.

3. We Handle the Rest

We handwrite every note, address every envelope, add a stamp, and mail it first class. Usually within 3-5 business days.
